The orange and white ports are for Drive Xpert Marvell driver.
This will come in handy when connecting a lot of external devices to your PC. I boot to XP via bootloader. I think the method should be mentioned in the first post for newbies like me. That is the best way to find out.

I also have had marvell ide enabled. I tired a couple configurations but I dont see the Ide drives in bios. If I can get past this new problem, I am sure your solution prro solve the rest.

Connected devices should show up after SATA detection on another screen before boot. Xsus perfect, but it works for me.

Fri Jul 11, 5: While things worked I really didn’t see any real improvement so was wanting to switch back to SATA mode. All trademarks, logos, and copyrights are property of their respective owners. However on the main page where it lists hard drives it only lists sata drives. Most thanks to ode because the steps solve my problem.
I’ve messed around with the jumpers on the hard drives too. Rotate image Save Cancel. Super Speed allows two HDDs to access data simultaneously.
