I seem to remember that last time this happend I had to change some setting or other to tell my laptop there’s a sound card installed, then download some patch or other – this worked like a dream last time but unfortunately I have no idea what I did! Thanks Vivian for the info which does work, just a shame that we finished up buying a beautiful Acer laptop for a third off as it has Vista and we now have to wait for the W7 disc to arrive.
