Sorry this didn’t help. Other have said it’s the the Sigmatel drivers and vista. I have not noticed any USB devices not working.

I won’t go on and on and tell you all I did as I’m sure you’ve done the same It can take several tries depending on how many rollbacks it does. Never did get a refund. When I opened it I powered up and heard the crackling audio spund thought the sound card was bad.
