I have the rom file and that’s it. I used your tip to create a bootable “flash CD”, realizing that I didn’t need to re-install the problem bioe to test the CD, I could just test it on the board that is currently in the system, as it uses the same BIOS flash file.
You can always do like me I don’t want to spend money on a new system right away, overclock it a bit highter then adviced. I never even thought of that, because I thought the BIOS flash file required that the flash be done from a floppy drive. Remove the power cable from your power supply or just turn of your surge protector. A single incorrect keystroke and you have o7s5a junk board.
